CLIENT SERVICE POLICIES

Clear Standards for Care, Approval and Delivery

Timeless Memorial Studio uses clear review, approval and production standards so families understand how work moves forward, what requires authorization and how changes or urgent requests are handled.

APPROVAL & RELEASE

Nothing Moves Forward Without Clear Family Approval

The designated family representative remains the final source of factual approval. Writing and design are reviewed through documented proof stages before final production or release.

No memorial content is printed, published or released without documented approval from the designated family representative.

Revisions With a Clear Beginning and End

Standard work includes two client revision rounds followed by Final Approval. The first round focuses on content and accuracy; the second allows final refinement and design adjustments.

Corrections required because of a Timeless error do not use the client’s revision allowance. Additional client-directed revisions, major rewrites, new deliverables or material changes after approval may require a paid Change Request and a revised timeline.

ACCURACY & REVIEW

Memorial Details Deserve Careful Review

Timeless reviews names, dates, relationships, story content, photographs and design details through documented proof stages. The designated family representative remains the final source of factual approval.

Sensitive, disputed or unclear information may be held for clarification before it appears in final memorial content.

EXPEDITED SERVICE

Time May Be Compressed. Critical Controls Are Not.

Expedited service may be available when the requested timeline can still preserve required verification, family approval and quality-control steps.

Rush fees may apply. Acceptance depends on the scope, deadline, production requirements and whether Timeless can complete the work responsibly within the requested timeframe.

Your Family Materials Deserve Deliberate Care

Original photographs and documents should remain with the family whenever possible. Timeless prefers digital copies or controlled scanning for creative and production work.

When original materials must be handled, their use should be limited to the agreed scope and managed with deliberate custody and return procedures.

Coordinated Carefully. Controlled Where We Can.

Where outside printers, newspapers, venues or other vendors are involved, Timeless coordinates the approved handoff within the agreed scope.

Third-party deadlines, cutoffs, availability and performance remain outside Timeless Memorial Studio’s direct control.
