These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TimelessMemorialStudio.com (the "Website"), which is operated by Timeless Memorial Studio ("Timeless," "TMS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. Website Purpose

Timeless Memorial Studio is a memorial storytelling and design studio. The Website provides general information about our approach, services, process, policies, and ways to begin an inquiry.

Website content is informational and does not constitute legal, medical, funeral-directing, financial, clergy, or other regulated professional advice. Visitors remain responsible for obtaining any separate professional services that may be required for their circumstances.

2. Website Inquiry Does Not Create a Client Relationship

Submitting a website form, sending an email, or contacting Timeless through information listed on the Website does not by itself create a client relationship, constitute acceptance of a project, guarantee service availability, reserve production capacity, or promise completion by a requested date.

A project begins only after Timeless has reviewed the request, confirmed that the work appears feasible, and the parties have completed any applicable scope confirmation, authorization, proposal, payment requirement, or other engagement step established for that project.

If a written proposal, service agreement, invoice, approval record, Client Service Policy, or other project-specific

document conflicts with these Website Terms on a client-service matter, the project-specific document will control for that engagement.

3. Accuracy of Information and Family Authorization

Memorial work may involve names, dates, relationships, photographs, biographical information, personal stories, service details, and other information supplied by a family or authorized representative. Visitors and clients are responsible for providing information they believe to be accurate and for identifying the person authorized to make final factual and project decisions.

Timeless may request clarification when information is incomplete, disputed, inconsistent, sensitive, or appears to require confirmation. No memorial content is released for production or publication without the applicable approval required under the TMS project process.

4. Materials You Provide

If you provide photographs, documents, stories, names, logos, artwork, recordings, or other materials to Timeless, you represent that you have the right or appropriate authorization to provide those materials for the requested purpose.

You retain any ownership rights you already hold in materials you provide. You grant Timeless a limited permission to review, reproduce, edit, format, store, transmit, or otherwise use those materials only as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, evaluate requested work, perform an authorized engagement, maintain appropriate project records, or comply with legal obligations.

Whenever practical, original photographs and documents should remain with the family. If original materials must be handled, separate procedures may apply to receipt, scanning, use, and return.

5. Intellectual Property and Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original text, branding, graphics, design elements, photographs, videos, layouts, downloadable materials, and other content are owned by or licensed to Timeless Memorial Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Where responsible completion is not feasible, Timeless may recommend a reduced scope, an alternate deadline, or may decline the affected portion of the request.

9. Revisions, Approvals, and Changes in Scope

Specific revision allowances, approval stages, additional-change fees, and change-of-scope procedures are governed by the applicable project documents and Client Service Policies. General statements on the Website do not override a project-specific written agreement.

The designated family representative remains responsible for final factual approval. A change requested after approval may affect timing, production requirements, and fees, and may require renewed quality review.

10. Payments, Cancellations, Refunds, and Production Commitments

The public Website inquiry process is not, by itself, a purchase or payment transaction. If Timeless accepts an

engagement, applicable fees, deposits, payment timing, cancellation or refund terms, and any production-commitment rules will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, authorization, Client Service Policy, or service agreement.

Some projects may involve printers, newspapers, venues, delivery services, technology providers, or other third parties. Where Timeless coordinates an approved third-party handoff, we will do so within the agreed scope. Third-party availability, cutoffs, systems, shipping, delivery, and performance remain outside Timeless direct control.

Timely client materials and approvals may be necessary to meet a third-party deadline. Timeless will not represent an outside vendor deadline or capacity as confirmed until the relevant confirmation has been obtained where such confirmation is part of our scope.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience or reference. Timeless does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement or affiliation.
